Terms and Conditions for the “Volcanic Wedgeee Giveaway”

1. ELIGIBILITY: The “Volcanic Wedgeee Giveaway” (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Participants must be residents of Hawaii and provide proof of residency upon request. Employees, officers, and directors of Wet’n’Wild Hawaii (the “Sponsor”), their affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD:The Giveaway begins on December 16, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM HST on May 18, 2025.  The winner will be randomly selected by Memorial Weekend 2025.

3. HOW TO ENTER:To enter, participants must complete the official entry form found at wetnwildhawaii.com during the Giveaway Period. Limit one entry per person. Entries submitted after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive:

Park admission for up to 20 guests

Parking for all guests

Exclusive souvenir swag for all guests

Early access to the “Volcanic Wedgeee” attraction (opening in 2025)

The total approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $2,300.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted on or before Memorial Weekend 2025. The winner will be notified via email or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:

The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or substitution will be allowed, except at the discretion of the Sponsor.

The winner and guests must comply with all park rules and regulations.



7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, and a Publicity Release.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE: By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Wet’n’Wild Hawaii, its affiliates, and their respective employees, officers, and directors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway or the prize.

10. DISPUTES: This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes arising out of this Giveaway shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hawaii.

11. PRIVACY POLICY: Any personal information collected during this Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared or sold.
