How early can we reserve a date?
Wet’n’Wild Hawaii operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to high demand, dates cannot be held without a deposit. We recommend securing your event date as early as possible — ideally at the time of booking, or at least 60 days in advance.
What is the minimum number of guests?
The minimum number of guest for our corporate groups is 50 guests, if you are looking for package for a smaller groups please visit our Birthday page for smaller packages.
When is the deposit due?
To secure your event date and pricing, a 50% non-refundable deposit based on the estimated number of guests is required at the time of booking. We understand that plans can change and will gladly work with your event planner if adjustments are needed.
When is the final count and payment due?
Final payment, less the deposit, is due seven (7) days prior to the event and must reflect the final guaranteed guest count. The contracted amount is based on this guarantee, and the full balance will be charged regardless of actual attendance. Any additional guests above the guaranteed number will be billed and collected on the day of the event.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept company/organization checks and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Personal checks, cash, and purchase orders are not accepted.
Where do we park, and what is the cost?
All vehicles park in the front parking lot for $22 per vehicle. Vehicles with a Platinum or Gold Pass are exempt. No parking is available at the back of the park.
When can we pick up tickets or wristbands?
Tickets and wristbands are available once full payment has been received.
Can guests leave and re-enter the park during the day?
Yes! We allow re-entry into the park, however parking is “Pay per Entry”.
Do you have vegetarian/vegan food options?
Yes, we can provide vegetarian/vegan lunch and dinner options. These are made as special requests, ask your sales representative for those options.
Can we bring in outside food and drinks?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the park, with the exception of water. Complimentary water stations are conveniently located throughout the park for guests to refill their containers.
Can we bring in outside vendors?
Yes! Groups may bring in outside vendors, but a Certificate of Insurance with $2 million general liability must be provided by either the group or the vendor.
Are we in a covered area?
Yes, our corporate events take place in one of our 5 covered Pavilions, there is even a centered stage that you could house a band with access to electricity. This area can hold over 2000 guests.

How long do we have our area?
For our group events we utilize our Luau Lagoon, that also houses our Buffet area. The area is reserved for your group from park opening to closing.
Can we enter from the back of the park?
All group and corporate events enter through the main front gate, where tickets and wristbands are checked. The back entrance is reserved for set-up crews, vendors, and special needs drop-off/pick-up only. (With pre-authorization)
Are there outlets at the pavilions?
Yes, each pavilion at Luau Lagoon is equipped with electrical outlets.
Do you have night events?
Yes, we can accommodate a night event after our operating hours. These types of events require more time and planning.
What are the requirements to buy out the park?
In order to do a park buy out you would need a minimum of 3,000 guests
