Wet’n’Wild Hawaii is excited to announce we are transitioning to cash-to-card operations effective April 8, 2025.
We will be accepting all major credit cards, most debit cards, and mobile payment options. This change is designed to provide a faster, safer, and more convenient experience for all.
We will have Cash-to-Card Kiosks located in convenient locations throughout the park for anyone with cash. These kiosk will allow you to load cash onto a prepaid card with no additional fees. This card will be valid everywhere in the park as well as anywhere debit or credit cards are accepted.Â

What type of payments does Wet'n'Wild Hawaii accept?
Wet’n’Wild Hawaii accepts all major credit cards including but not limited to American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diner’s Club, JCB and most debit cards, as well as mobile pay options like Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also have Cash-to-Card Kiosks conveniently located throughout the park where you can transfer your cash (free of charge) to a prepaid debit card.
How do I pay for parking?
We’re going cash-to-card – even in the parking lot! So skip the hassle and secure your parking online here.
How much cash can I load onto a prepaid card at the Cash-to-Card kiosk?
The kiosk will allow a minimum of $1 and a maximum of $500 per card.Â
Can I reload the payment card at a Cash-to-Kiosk?
No, these cards are not reloadable. However, there is no fee to load up for a new card.
How can I check the balance on my prepaid debit card?
You can check the balance on your card at any Cash-to-Card kiosk. You can also visit rcbalance.com or call the number on the back of your card.
Is there a fee to use the Cash-to-Card Kiosk and prepaid cards?
The Cash-to-Card Kiosks are free to use. There is no fee to load cash onto the prepaid card. If the card is used regularly, there is no recurring fee. After 92 consecutive days of no transaction activity a $3.95 fee will be charged each month.
Where can I find the Cash-to-Card Kiosks?
The Cash-to-Card Kiosk are located at our Front Entrance and at our Locker area.
Is it free to us the Cash-to-Card kiosk?
Yes! You will not be charged a fee to transfer your cash to a card or to use it for payment (in park or anywhere debit or credit cards are accepted in the U.S.) .
