Concert/Music Festival Policy

The guideline concert and code of conduct policies have been established to guarantee a memorable experience for all attendees. Our primary goal is your safety, enjoyment, and the creation of lasting memories with your friends.

ACCEPTABLE ITEMS

  • YES Earplugs, LED Gloves, Flow Toys
  • YES Blankets / Towels
  • YES Bags/Backpacks – WILL REQUIRE SECONDARY SEARCH
  • YES Small bags/packs,(maximum 12″x12″) – MUST BE CLEAR FOR FAST LANE
  • YES Fanny packs – MUST BE CLEAR FOR FAST LANE
  • YES Reusable water bottles (must be empty upon entry)
  • YES Gum (must be sealed upon entry)
  • YES Hand Sanitizer no larger than 2 fl oz (sealed upon entry)
  • YES Inflatables (must be deflated upon entry)
  • YES Lip balm, lip gloss and lipstick (must be plastic)
  • YES Non-professional cameras or handheld video devices under 6″ (GoPro, etc.)
  • YES Physician-prescribed medication that is not expired (must show physician’s prescription and consult with a safety officer upon entry)
  • YES Powder makeup
  • YES Rain ponchos and umbrellas measuring less than 10″ when collapsed
  • YES Selfie sticks
  • YES Sunglasses / Hats /Sunscreen lotion (inspected upon entry)
  • YES Tampons/pads/Wet wipes/Deodorant (sealed upon entry)

PROHIBITED ITEMS

  • NO Weapons of any kind (includes pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, etc.)
  • NO Cigarettes / lighters / E-cigs/vapes/E-liquid
  • NO Drugs or drug paraphernalia
  • NO Outside food or beverages (including alcohol and candy)
  • NO Hydration packs / Glass / Cans / Cups / Coolers
  • NO Aerosol products/cans
  • NO Bota bags
  • NO Totems
  • NO Costumes that resemble public safety uniforms (police, swat, fire, security, or medical) in any way
  • NO Drones, remote-controlled aircraft, toys
  • NO Eye drops (may be available at the event general store, if applicable)
  • NO Illegal substances
  • NO Large chains or spiked jewelry
  • NO Lasers (pointers, etc) and air horns
  • NO Liquid makeup
  • NO Markers, pens or spray paint
  • NO Open packs of cigarettes (upon entry)
  • NO Over-the-counter medication
  • NO Pets
  • NO Professional photo, video, or audio recording equipment (no detachable lenses, tripods, big zooms or commercial-use rigs)
  • NO Stickers, flyers
  • NO Tents, large umbrellas, or chairs/wind chairs/sofas
  • NO Toy guns, water guns, slingshots

Code of Conduct

Metta and its brands help people find beauty in life. One way we do this is by serving as a platform for engaging, thought-provoking performances and experiences.

By attending Metta event, you agree to participate with an open-mind.

Metta events are NOT a place for behavior that is inappropriate, disruptive, abusive, or illegal.

Metta defines inappropriate behavior as that which undermines the spirit of Metta, including any form of written, verbal or physical abuse or threats, the use of derogatory or discriminatory language, gestures or actions, any form of harassment, racism, sexism, or any other targeted comments which may violate any local, state or federal laws or cause personal offense to another Metta participant before, during or after the Metta events.

Metta act in its discretion to address any individual(s) or group(s) it believes fail to meet the standards set forth in this Code of Conduct, including, without limitation, ejecting the violating parties without refund.

Metta expects that all attendees of our events will follow public health guidelines related to safety, hygiene and COVID-19, including, without limitation, social distancing, hand washing, staying home if you are sick, and other disease prevention measures.

Please contact [email protected] if you believe you’ve observed or experienced a violation of this Code of Conduct, and Metta will work to assess the situation and to respond as soon as possible. Notifying Metta does not constitute or replace a notification with local law enforcement.
